Payment of Fees
Payment of registration fees must be completed by Wednesday, 7th August 2019. Registration will not be complete until full payment is received and all payments must be received prior to the conference.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full refunds will be given with written notice, until Friday, 12th July 2019.
  • From Saturday, 13th July to Friday, 26th July a $300.00 cancellation fee will apply.
  • No refunds will be given after Friday, 26th July 2019. However, you may send a colleague in your place at no penalty - please advise of name change prior to Friday 2nd August.
  • To replace a Young Professional registration, the replacement person must also meet the age criteria.
  • Any refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference and at the discretion of the ACENZ Executive Team.

If for reasons beyond the control of the ACENZ Executive Team, the conference is canceled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

 

Insurance
Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the conference. The ACENZ Executive Team are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. It is strongly encouraged for delegates to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage to personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

 

Health & Safety
ACENZ and the venue are morally and legally responsible to provide a safe and healthy environment for all attendees at the conference. This commitment extends to ensuring the conference operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness or property damage. All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are informed as possible about any potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending the conference. All attendees will need to listen to health and safety briefings onsite and/or read the health and safety documentation available at the registration desk and located throughout the venue property; and ensure that all health and safety concerns, accidents, or near accidents are immediately reported to the ACENZ staff and hotel staff on site. All attendees are encouraged to be responsible at all times and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire conference duration.
